How We're Organised
Each committee is led by elected student representatives and operates with its own mandate, goals, and budget.
Organises seminars, study groups, past-question libraries, and academic support for all members.
Plans and coordinates all fieldwork, excursions, and on-the-ground research activities.
Manages GEOSOC's digital presence, website, social media, and GIS training initiatives.
Leads environmental awareness campaigns, tree-planting drives, and sustainability projects.
Handles all event logistics, Geography Night, freshers orientation, and social programmes.
Supports the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of all GEOSOC members.
Oversees dues collection, budgets, fundraising, and financial transparency of the society.
Champions gender equity, women in geography, mentorship, and empowerment programmes.
Committee membership is open to all GEOSOC members. Apply during the annual intake at the start of each semester.
